# Test Plan

A Test Plan is a detailed document that describes the test strategy, objectives, schedule, estimation, deliverables, and resources required to perform testing for a software product.

# Test Plan List



This is the Test Plan listing Page.

In this screen, we have various action to be performed as follows :

  • Folder Creation : On clicking the "Create New Folder icon, a text box comes up where we give a Folder name and click on the tick mark to create the folder with the name entered.

    • In this, an option to cancel comes to revert the folder creation action.

    • The Test Plan can also be created inside the selected Folder.

  • Test PlanSearch Box

  • Test Plan Custom Filter

    • Here we have all column list for the table we have show/hide column according to user need and show only needful columns

  • Create Test Plan Button

  • Below CRUD Operations can be performed on the test Plan listed

    • Edit Test Case

    • Delete Test Plan

# Test Plan Basic Deails.



In order to create a Test plan user needs to fill the following fields

  1. Select Folder
  2. Test Plan Name
  3. Test Plan Description
  4. Status
  5. Owner Name

# Test Plan Traceability



In Traceability, we can link a test Plan with a web link or an attachment.

In this, we can also see web links or attachments linked previously to the test plan.

In this, we can also see the list of Issues, web links, or attachments linked previously to the test case.

# Add Cycle



In this , we can link our test plan with the existing test cycle.



In this , we can link our test plan with web links by adding url and description in it or we can see previously added web links.



# Test Plan Attachments



In this tab, we can attach files to the test plan or we can see previously attached files.

# Test Plan History



In this tab, we can track changes to the test plan.
